Hi Explorer's,

“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbour. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” MARK TWAIN

Across Australia it is an absolutely beautiful time of year to explore and enjoy the simple pleasures. Most importantly, it doesn't have to be expensive. Go for a bushwalk, take the family camping in a State forest, learn a new skill or just sit by the beach!

We are always keen to introduce you to some new and amazing experiences. Our job is to make it easy and fun for you to get an added buzz out of life. Here's some of our newest experiences:

Region Overview

Seeking a getaway with a difference? Go North! NSW’s North Coast is a melting pot of magnificent lakes, mountain ranges, lush hinterland and sparkling beaches, all just waiting to be discovered.

Stretching from the holiday meccas of Port Stephens to Coffs Harbour and inland to the mountain town of Dorrigo, the region’s diversity really does offer something for everyone. From camel safaris to arts and crafts, seafood feasts to rainforest hikes, you’ll find fun that’s worth exploring.

On the coast, adventurers can enjoy scuba diving, sky-diving and rock-climbing – whilst inland the rainforests, lakes and national parks offer more peaceful pursuits such as bushwalking, fishing and camping. Enjoy spectacular coastal walks or join an off-road adventure over towering sand dunes to Stockton Beach or follow the dolphins to Port Stephens.

For sheer beauty, it’s hard to go past the 400km of golden beaches – Shoal Bay, Forster, South West Rocks and Nambucca Heads are some of the best known, but there are many more remote coves and inlets scattered along the coast. Or hire a boat and explore the Myall Lakes National Park – this vast, beautiful lake system is definitely one of the region’s best-kept secrets.

Great Lakes' paradise stretches north from Tea Gardens and Hawks Nest on Port Stephens, to the tidal lakes and white sand beaches of Forster and Tuncurry. The Great Lakes brims with adventure year round from surfing, canoeing, sightings of dolphins and whales just off the coast.

Port Macquarie is amongst Australia’s longest established and most popular holiday destinations. Head south to the Camden Haven to rediscover the laid-back holidays you remember from your childhood, take your time exploring the rolling green hinterland and vast National Parks surrounding Wauchope and be spoilt for holiday choice in Port Macquarie.

The Macleay Valley is nestled at the northern end of the Mid North Coast. Relax into the unhurried seaside ambience of South West Rocks. Here you’ll find ideal conditions for surfing, diving and bushwalking. Don’t miss the quiet fishing villages of Crescent Head, Hat Head and Stuarts Point for a true local feel.

Coffs Harbour is famed for its Big Banana, its beaches, and its rainforest. The swimming is magnificent, and the fish are almost always jumping. Adventure seekers can get a rush from whitewater rafting on the Nymboida River, while the sophisticates amongst us can kick back and relax with a holiday cocktail or well-chilled glass of white.

The nearby World Heritage-listed Dorrigo National rewards visitors with spectacular mountain views and a rich pioneer experience.

The choice is simply dazzling.
